250SWorm Castings

Description

Our 250S worm castings were screened through a 1/4″ screen only. They contain larger particles than their counterparts including but not limited to: worm cocoons, chunks of wood, pumice, perlite, eggshell, etc. I personally find these a little more appealing if you’re going to be storing them longer term. The cocoons should eventually hatch for you allowing you to build your own work colony. Furthermore, these larger sized particles will help aerate your castings and keep all the microbes happy over time. Approximately 30% of your castings would be these larger sized particles.
